Menu Planning for Child Care Covers basic requirements, recommendations and tools for planning child care CACFP reimbursable, nutritious economical, and delicious menus. Participants will receive hands-on experience developing a cycle menu that meets USDA meal pattern requirements and TDA recommendations.  The class includes an overview of nutrition education resources offered to CE's.
